Majoritatea celor care nu practică jocul de golf au impresia că acest sport este unul care nu necesită efort și nici nu te solicită fizic. Sigur dacă ai luat deja măcar o crosă în mână și ai efectuat câteva mișcări de swing îți schimbi părerea automat.
Jocul de golf te solicită fizic și după parcurgerea unui teren cu 18 trasee, care poate dura între 3 și 5 ore, simți automat nevoia de repaus. Mi-am propus azi să scriu despre distanțele parcurse într-o rundă de golf: kilometri, număr de pași și diferență de nivel.
De ce acestea trei ? Pentru că aplicația ,, sănătate ” de pe telefonul mobil, îmi înregistrează și reține aceste date. Am luat datele din zilele în care am participat la concursuri pe diferite terenuri de golf din România.

Concluzie:
Într-o rundă de golf standard cu 18 trasee de mers pe jos parcurgi între 11 și 15 kilometri, adică mii de pași și urci/cobori puțin sau mult, în funcție de diferența de nivel. Mai sunt de adăugat două aspecte importante și anume faptul că ori ai în spate bag-ul de golf cu toate cele necesare: crose, mingi, etc. ori împingi/tragi un cart pe care stă bag-ul de golf.
Oricare din variante o alegi asta înseamnă minim 10 kilograme în plus la greutatea proprie. În plus la fiecare traseu faci de 4 – 5 ori sau posibil de mai multe ori, mișcarea de swing care se adaugă la tot efortul menționat mai sus. Dacă în medie joci o rundă de golf pe săpămână atunci într-un an calendaristic parcurgi pe jos peste 500 de kilometri.
Aceste aplicații oferă date cu aproximație și de aceea informațiile sunt pur informative și pot diferi în funcție de golf hcp.
