O zi toridă de vară, cu temperaturi ridicate și cu mulți jucători aliniați la startul competiției a făcut ca timpul de joc să fie peste cinci ore, însă asta nu a fost o problemă, mai ales că nouă jucătorilor ne place să petrecem cât mai mult timp pe terenul de golf 🙂 .
Au fost trei categorii premiate la această competiție: Stableford 0,1 – 18 Domni, Stableford 18,01 – 36 Domni și respectiv Stableford 0,1 – 36 Doamne dar și premii speciale ca și nearest to the pin, longest drive și unul foarte interesant ,, nearest to the line ” la traseul trei.

Suntem trecuți de mijlocul lunii august și de obicei în această perioadă sunt probleme la terenuri, căldura afectează mult orice teren. Pot spune că nu am văzut să arate atât de bine terenul în mijlocul verii, foarte bine îngrijit: fairway, tee-box, rough și bineînțeles greenurile au fost într-o stare excelentă.

Cupa Nova a fost un concurs foarte reușit din toate punctele de vedere: participare numeroasă, refreshment corners pe teren, goofie bags, premii, cupe superbe, vreme bună, teren impecabil, pool party după concurs, ce mai o organizare minuțioasă și exemplară.
